This is a worthy event for all you wine lovers - FIU Hospitality is a terrific school and was just named #6 hospitality school in the nation. I’m sure it will crack the top 5 very soon. And did I mention there is wine??

I’ve loved the wines of Andy Rafanelli @arafanelliwinery since the early 90s when I was writing a Wine News cover story on Dry Creek Valley. The 2019 Cab is vibrantly fruity and a perfect match with Jasper Hill Farm’s cheddar and a luscious chunk of Taleggio. Hearty stuff for a chilly evening.
