It’d be bad if say Mexico started wiping out yachts just off California orTexas or Florida claiming they were smuggling guns.(Americans are rich, gun runners have yachts) Or Canada started sinking Maine fishing boats claiming they’re smuggling drugs and guns.(🤷🏻♀️ maybe they do)Gov’t has to be careful
