Yes, your pic is a pied wagtail & the one I posted was a grey - very confusing, as the 'grey' wagtail is almost as yellow as the 'yellow' wagtail, especially on the underside.

Might it have been a grey wagtail (which is almost as yellow)? They stay all year.
