Well the NHS certainly get top marks from me today. My husband woke this morning with really high blood pressure, low pulse and dizziness. Called 111, got call back within 10mins. A Paramedic arrived at our door 10 mins later, checked him over and personally took him to A&E. NHS not all bad.
