What a horrifying thought. That you can't vaccinate your kids because you can't afford it. OK I'm not a kid but I went to get my Covid vaccination two weeks ago. Guess how much I paid. Nothing, Nada, Zilch. Just walked into the pharmacy, asked for it and she did it right there and then.

I kept telling my parents that I was going to take up this offer. Never did and ended up in France instead. I'm glad I did.

I took piano and singing lessons here in the 1960s.

I saw the Big Yin here in the early 70s. He did his crucifixion sketch and the audience was delighted. G'on yersel' Billy.

One of my BFFs brother was Chris Glenn of that very Band.

I'll give you a little laugh. When I read this post (I don't follow Aaron, so all I saw was you replying to him) I thought, 'That doesn't sound like the few posts I have seen by Aaron.' When I opened it I saw you were actually, correctly, replying to the original poster. Just to ease your day.

And I would defy anyone who doesn't know Glasgow (and even some that do) to recognise Glasgow from these wonderful images.

There is a photo, produced later, which shows him with a cellphone in his hand and one of an ICE Agent running away with his gun, which was, apparently, in his waistband. Minnesota is a permit carry state.

Mine was born in 1919 and he made it to 1991. He'd be just like your dad and he'd be incredibly vocal about it. I can only rage on here because my French friends aren't quite as incensed as I am and don't understand my rage.

Me too. And that's why I'll never go back. French people tell me they love Scotland and ask me if I miss it. I tell them, 'Je suis Écossaise de naissance mais Ramatulleoise de cœur.' Scottish by birth, but Ramatulleoise in my heart. Not quite true. I'll always be a Scot but they love hearing it.

When I first came here in 91, we spent many hours on Pampelonne, mostly during the day. But we did the bling thing and lived to tell the tale. I'm 74 now and enjoy living in the village with all the friends I've made over the years. Miss Glasgow but wouldn't live anywhere else.

I live in Ramatuelle, not far from here and I concur. It's a world away from St Tropez, but has all the benefits without the bling.

She's just doing yoga like Gladstone, HM Treasury cat. And I don't agree with belly rubs and being scratched. My cat, also a female, loves having her belly rubbed. In fact, my cat loves being rubbed anywhere.

But corgi, it can't break up the NATO alliance. It's bound in stone. An armed attack on against one NATO member shall be considered an attack against them all. So the orange buffoon can go stuff himself!
January 18, 2026 at 1:25 AM
That would look perfect on my bed. You must teach me how to do that.

He can't put tariffs on individual European countries. Except UK, all these countries are members of the European Union and can't be tariffed individually. Sorry Trump you got it wrong!

Has he heard of NATO? Does he know that Denmark is part of NATO therefore Greenland is too? An armed attack against one NATO member shall be considered an attack against them all.
