Basically I just followed this tutorial, but I might as well leave the steps here anyway.
![1. Go to Settings → Account → Change Handle → I have my own domain → No DNS Panel, then type in your site address in the field labelled "Enter the domain you want to use" and copy the string of text beginning with did:plc.
2. On your Nekoweb dashboard, create a new folder called .well-known, then create a folder inside that one called atproto-did.
3. Inside the atproto-did folder, create a new text file called index.html and erase everything inside it if needed, then paste the string you copied in Step 1 and save.
4. Go back to the Bluesky settings and click on the blue button that says Verify Text File button.
