Took my kids out for a visit at the club’s weekend event. They loved the duel gauge brewery layout.

Got an invitation to pull trains on it when everything’s been tested!

Been a while…. As an apology for inactivity here’s my freelance. This is No. 3 “The Aegis”. (After the Shield of Zeus)

She’s canonically built by the same company as the Vari triplets, the “White Metal Works” but was built to handle heavier trains and bank when needed.

She was slapped together from 3 kits:

-Gem Douglas for the boiler (cut down to barely the smokebox)
-Gem Vari for the runningboard, roof & funnel

-Chivers Finelines Bagnall saddle & cab

Nameplates will come eventually but atm he’s just here doing his little guy things.

(Motor doesn’t work yet but I’m not fussed as I love how I did the lining too much to care)

I think he took the spotlight for a bit as he was given coaches and stock to act as the track tester.
