Plus some indie authors and publishers choose to make their books not available to all markets or stores - often for financial reasons - think exclusive with the ‘Zon or channeling sales through a specific site or vendor with higher author payouts

Trained German historian here - you can save yourself a lot of trouble by reading a few paragraphs or pages of Mein Kampf. It’s poorly written and repeats the hate ad nauseum. Reading Goebbles gives more insight to the fascist playbook
