Things I didn't think of before on a 1-monitor Linux setup - running a terminal overlay onto my cockpit screen 👾
I can now make journal entries, read text docs, control the computer [well, within reason], and use Google Gemini from the terminal without switching out of Elite 🖥️

- It is very flat and level in comparison to the rest of Nahla which is uneven and mountainous ⛰️
- it has multiple gas vents/molten magma vents 🌋
- it has two days and nights - one from its star Hope and the other from the galactic band 🌌
- it is mine/Miley's base from which to conduct research! 📝

Last night's planet-smash was in a 'controlled environment', BUT as @nvgg.online noted, if you're landing A LOT then they're a must!
We tend to land 1-2 a day on planets so they'll be a permanent addition to Miley from now!

Mind if I leave this here? If I lower the power distributor to a 4D and stock 12 limpets I make a gain of .21 ly!
That's approximately twelve 40% hull repairs. On my eight week trip out I only would have needed one of those.
12 may be overkill though. Maybe six.

It's good value for money/weight if you can do it. I smashed Miley into the ground with minimal shields in a safe[ish] location.
Hull at 22%. Only two limpets to take her to 100%? I think it's worth it. Will run more checks but this is good!
