This is probably why I've never fully felt like I "fit in" when I interact with fan communities. And I'm not saying that as if it's bad because I treasure my individuality, but I can't lie if that disconnect isn't highly noticeable

Worse and it's only because that people are coddled and rewarded for being like that by peers that it's seemingly "ok" to be like that. I feel like sometimes maybe being a creative from jump street just kind of separated me from that sort of thinking. it only just occured to me with this that--

I can't and have never been able to fully relate to fandom's incessant need to make their sole biggest interest their whole personality so when shit like this happens their world crashes down around them. You can't really talk too positively about it without the most annoying person in the room wagging their finger and calling you stupid for engaging with it as if Cygames doesn't also do more than just gacha atp. but also they're not wrong either. so you're just kind of stuck taking it.

Everyone is going on either nuclear option that makes the most sense to them or the most righteous thing to do. No one seems to be like ok well. this series the company makes has given me so many cherished memories that I can live with that if anything goes left. Cuz that's where I'm at with it

I've been having very vivid imagery dreams, sometimes based on real life or whatever I was last listening to. Or just placing me in someone else's shoes altogether
