Interesting on the eating part. I usually eat about two hours before I take mine and I eat a high protein breakfast and I find when I do eat a high protein breakfast, they work a lot better for me.

Mine usually takes about 30-45 minutes to kick in and peaks at about 4 hours for me. I’m on 40mg though.
