I'm impressed by the accuracy and realistic rendering AI is capable of, but as a boomer, I find it a bit scary that I can't distinguish between an actual photo and an artificially rendered one. How can we be confident that we'll be able to tell what's true and what's false?

Ah, I see. So AI didn't really create the scene from scratch, it simply edited out the signs. The people & the girl in the original photo look identical to the AI image, so the AI engine didn't have to work too hard! By the way, she really is cute, and zooming in, appears to have no makeup.
