Quality control and lack there of.
There is a huge increase of EV scooters, power banks and all sorts of things that have almost zero quality control over the process and or devices. Crap battery management systems, crap battery design and production, and no QC. Just about all it is out of China.

The incompetence is worse than you may realise. ATC mostly work in one or two story buildings manning radar screens and are not up in a tower. It's only the airport air traffic controllers that are up there for obvious reasons (need to see the airport).This guy doesn't seem to even know that!!!!!!
