Whenever there is a controversial death, families quite naturally want to make sure lessons are learned and that is precisely what senior people promise after adverse inquests.

That's absolutely true. The journey began with @doritbraun.bsky.social using her traumatic and powerful lived experience to establish this project, together with Dr Karen Lascelles. So many wonderful people have worked with us on it - a true example of excellent co-production work.
