To note Gary Palmer the U.S. representative for Alabama's 6th congressional district was born 1 year after this occurred. Palmer is considered one of the most "Conservative" elected officials and was born in Hackleburg, Alabama which may influence many of his views.

On a related issue not only do doctors cost nothing ambulances cost nothing, stays in hospital cost nothing. People in the UK moan about how the NHS could be better, but they will fight like hell against anyone trying to take it away.

The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. This protection means law enforcement needs a warrant, based on probable cause and approved by a judge, to search specific places and seize particular items.
