What's the error?
They're not looking at minimum wage since almost everyone gets paid more than $7 an hour. It's using Bureau of Labor Statistics for blue collar work wages, which have risen more than food prices have. I'm open to hearing how the math is misleading but the math is mathing.

One of my culture shock moments when I lived in France is they think you're *completely nuts* if you water your Christmas tree. They set their tree's into a sawed in half log and they believe that's what'll keep it fresh. It was fascinating how they couldn't comprehend watering a Christmas tree.
