Thank you for this masterpiece! After ten years I left for another company, between two waves of mass layoffs in EU, and through relieving all the good, the bad, and the ugly on the pages of this book, I finally got the so needed closure! 👾

Change management, someone has to go and educate on different org levels what Agile is and have digested materials on the project framework. The most challenging to get across is that you can have long-term vision and roadmap, but commitment on delivery will always happen only for couple sprints.
