me too. it all sounded so promising. wonder when, or if, we’ll ever get to hear about it.

idk the likelihood of the game getting major updates. idk if it’ll fix some of the core issues that are there. but also i’ve seen studios work wonders on games that haven’t quoted reached their full potential, and i hope they keep putting love into this game, because it needs it.

as i understand it, the devs were in between a rock and a hard place. i don’t blame them for the game’s shortcomings… but, like, yeah, i am bummed the game is not what it could be. and i do blame Paradox for severely mismanaging the IP.

on a serious note, i really like the writing, the atmosphere, the voice acting, etc. and i enjoy playing Phyre, even tho i think a thinblood PC would’ve been more interesting.

but the gameplay feels uninspired, and it severely pales in comparison to the original Bloodlines (clunky as it was).

oh my gosh, wait, thank you for replying. i just totally remembered your game exists and has been raved about on the xcom subreddit. can’t wait to check it out once i’m done with my LWotC playthrough!!!
