Today is the final screening for a cPTSD clinic I have waited two years to be a part of.
I am all over the place, have already managed to have one panic attack and one flashback and am just all nerves. But that’s ok; it shall not stop me.
There is no shame in choosing to heal. ❤️ Wish me luck.
