I guess it hasn't really settled in to the minds of the Dem leadership that Trump thinks he is a king and does exactly what he wants. Doesn't care if he gets sued because he will delay and appeal and rely on the shadow docket. He knows it may take months and months. So he just violates the law.

I am saying that the federal gov't has jurisdiction and control over all federal prisons. If you take Peters from a state facility and put her in a federal prison. They can release.
