One good thing today: saw my naturopath today and she always helps me feel better calmer more positive. Plus she gave me some baby spider plants to propagate.

One good thing today: my doggie found a cache of cat toys and immediately stockpiled them. When I tried to take one he grabbed it and ran away like a puppy. It was super cute and made me laugh. #onegoodthing

One good thing today: sorted my seashells. I loved being at the ocean. It puts things in perspective. It’s restorative & rejuvenating. And I brought little pieces home to remind me how beautiful the planet can be. #onegoodthing
