It’s bizarre that Frank continues to assert that he’s working to improve the attack. After 6+ months in the job, the possession game is so basic that it looks more like what an interim manager would implement if he had only couple of training sessions with the players. #FrankOut

Serie A is putting on a “why VAR should go in the bin” demonstration during Atalanta/Roma today. Took an age to allow a goal that was clearly good, and then took a longer time desperately searching for justification to disallow another. Horrendous. As utilized, VAR is so so bad for the game.

I don’t want to see one penny spent in January on players for Thomas Frank. I want to see players brought in for the purpose of playing free-flowing front-foot Tottenham football. Trying to buy players for specific (temporary) managers is how we wound up with the current isle of misfit toys.

If that forest owner bully put his shares into a “blind trust” for UEFA reasons, how is he also able to clearly remain involved in club business? And how does the EPL not step in to stop an owner from blocking a release clause? I can’t make any sense of this. @theextrainch.bsky.social

How was Caicedo even on the pitch to draw a pen after that reckless tackle on Pape (which was far more deserving of red than Cuti’s last year in this fixture)?!? Cuti actually played the ball!!! VAR is as useless as the last two clowns to have reffed this fixture.
