In case anyone was wondering what's going on over on The Other Site, Elmo can't out in favor of H1B visas as is getting eaten alive by Groypers while conservative Indians are you ignoring obvious dog-whistles aimed at them and insisting this is healthy discourse.

Asked if he thinks a migrant is a "criminal" if charged with a crime, but not convicted--given that he has himself been charged with crimes--he says the difference is he's an American. "Americans have certain rights. The consitution is for Americans. I’m not a person that snuck into this country"
