We are 2/3 of the way through January and I have yet to accidentally write 2025 on anything. This is a thing (writing the previous year early in the new year) I have done for as long as I can remember. I wonder if it's my subconscious telling me how much 2025 sucked.

The Niners losing (especially getting beat this badly) always feels good. Also this game shows me that the Eagles wouldn't have fared any better against this Seahawks team.

My "Catholic Guilt" just forced me to go for my daily run even though I didn't want to. Having a routine that turns into guilt/shame to make you do something when you don't want to is so much more effective than inspiration/motivation. 🤪

Mom got this Christmas gift from my sister. She hasn't touched any LEGOs in decades so I helped her with this build by providing mostly supervision (helped her put some pieces together towards the end as she was getting tired). I think she did a good job.

The New Year is here but one thing I want to reflect on about 2025 was how happy I am to reconnect with a lady I dated on and off in 23 and 24 as friends now. We didn't work out romantically but I always thought we'd make good friends. I am glad to have her back in my life.
