Starting the habit of doing an hour walk in the morning in the summer months. Before the heat gets up. This is my regular stop. Coffees and pastries. Today was a cappuccino and a pastel de nata. ( pic as proof, I ate the nata already.

After 20 years of being woken by the soft British bird dawn chorus, I now wake to what appears to be a furious and angry shouting match between the hadedas ( grey ibis) and the Canadian geese.
