Gosh I had no idea $70 is a lot. We like to take ours down on Boxing Day but I’d feel like I needed to keep it longer to get my money’s worth. Still the artificial tree still sheds needles every year. I can’t believe it has any left.

While I miss the smell and the romance of the real tree (our Costco plastic tree turns 20 next year) I don’t miss this and other aspects…😂😬 at least our teenage cats don’t climb it anymore

Neither Red Robin or Julio’s Barrio were great restaurants and it’s been empty since 2021 but still disappointing. I’ve walked, run or cycled through this intersection over 10,000 times in the past 30 years.
