Usually the white lower ring points to the tees ringing group, but i don't think i've seen one with white above a metal ring, so could be a different scheme, but it's very similar with 2 higher rings on each leg. @ianfouk.bsky.social might possibly know if it's tees or not.

To make things worse, the last and first obp i saw (in Sunderland) disappeared the day after i saw it. Hope it stays for you though.
