Yes, I believe so. But again, there's no official trivia. I'm relying heavily upon the Hasegawa model kits which seem to indicate two thruster ports upon each wing root that produce thrust. Attached guide

That is line art from the Macross Frontier Bandai 1/72 scale model kits, via the Macross Frontier Archives book. I've never owned a Bandai kit of the VF-25, but the book on page 8 sure seems to show two banks of 3-thrusters each upon the rear bottom torso/rear fuselage

Sometimes overlooked rockets/thrusters upon the rear torso Macross valkyries. One example is the VF-17 Nightmare from Macross 7. Another is the VF-25 Messiah from Macross Frontier. On most variable fighters, these are easily visible. Line art by Shoji Kawamori. Guide by me

Destroid Giant Monster from the 1992 OVA series Macross II: Lovers Again. Barely onscreen and virtually no official trivia, but it's massive. Includes a "BEST GUESS" size comparison to the original HWR-00 Destroid Monster. Line art by Hitoshi Fukuchi. Colors and comparison by me
