Well, it used to be. Any laws on the books have a new caveat added. "NO action or elements thereof & pertaining to being termed a criminal act shall apply to members of the MAGA REGIME. All laws shall remain in effect for non-party members & violations shall be prosecuted w/o benefit of DUE PROCESS.
