A piece from a year ago, mixed media and a grisaille oil figure in the reflection. I enjoy playing with mirror images and reflections in windows/ glass. Complicates my life but what the hell !!

Another from my series of beachside bathers. Mixed media background with oil painted figures. The whole thing is on a panel which caused me a lot of work. I gessoed the figures in white first and left the surrounding areas clear so the wood grain could show through in the spaces.

A quick peek at the crazy wall of art in the main living space. Reflective of the Mexican culture.

Refurbished this mixed media cradle by brightening the sky and the water areas. Those are acrylic and the figure is oil. Living in the tropics is harsh on artwork especially when open to the elements.

Oil painting on a jungle themed fabric but I screwed up. I did clear gesso the piece but the paint seeped through to the back!! Oh well..

Figured l would post some art work l finished this year. Starting to think about the next project and still haven’t decided quite yet.
