They feel empowered for the moment. It has been a few days. I do not agree at all that an uprising would have happened by now. If they respond to being shielded by the regime for bad behavior with even more bad behavior thinking that impunity is infinite, that is a misreading of the situation.

A) they don't have the man power to do that
