I did have to make an emergency purchase of an egg incubator today when the local guy I hired to weed whack uncovered a clutch of turkey eggs!! But I bought it from a local feed store, so I think I am good. ;)

I went to CVS last month to get an MMR vax, and they told me they don’t carry it (even though it’s on their website). Walgreens actually challenged my reason for wanting one before reluctantly giving me one.

Too bad the powerhouses like Maddow and O‘Donnell won’t literally put their money where their mouths are and walk out on air to protest.

I started my boycott of Amazon last year. It is kind of a fun game to try to find stuff at smaller stores (or sometimes directly from the mfr). It can be challenging, but 99/100, I find it and feel good about where my money is going!
