Received the call this morning that Peter Casillas, my mentor/father-figure, passed away. Devastated. Peter was a prolific '60s UK bit actor, ran Federated (& later Starlight) Video, ended Betamax & was a guiding light in my life for 25 yrs. Rest in peace, Peter. Already miss you.

Possibly my 2nd favorite Fantastic Four arc (behind the New FF On Monster Island one). Great, hysterical change of pace for a few issues. Walter Simonson with Rich Buckler and Ron Lim really had a lot of fun with this one.

One of the real spotlights of Mark Gruenwald's CAPTAIN AMERICA run, possibly the most consistently funny issue he ever wrote. Cap agrees to go on a date with the villain Diamondback, whose teammates (not knowing it's Cap) go out of their way to make sure the date goes right.

What I'm looking for for this scene is something like this, but maybe slightly smaller, all-silver (it's a plot point), sleeker/modern and doesn't have the crappy reputation this thing has.

In no particular order, my 10 favorite issues of X-Men. Always tended to gravitate to the quieter, more introspective issues mostly.

A film mystery I've been trying to solve for over 30 years. These were published in Forrest J Ackerman's 1991 magazine MONSTERAMA and...this film (HELIVISION from 1939) doesn't seem to actually have ever existed. So what movie did these originate from?

I consider myself fairly well-versed in pre-1960 horror/sci-fi films, so stumbling across a 1952 Finnish horror movie I'd never heard of on streaming called Return of the Witch was a neat surprise. There's a completely naked woman running around in it now. Also a neat surprise.

Warners have owned Hanna-Barbera and Ruby-Spears since the '90s. Every single one of these should have been incorporated into the DC universe by now.

The ingredients tell me to use 1 Tbsn of oil and 1 Tbsn of Butter, but then elsewhere in the "hints" section says to use a cup of oil, which is NOT in the ingredients list. Am I supposed to use the oil AND the 2 tbsns, one or the other, or what? I'd rather not burn my place down. Thanks in advance
