Try some of this blend to strengthen your immunity and improve your mood.
2 parts lemon balm
2 parts holy basil
1 part elderberry
1/2 part rose petals
Blend and steep a heaping tsp of mixture per cup of tea for 5 minutes.

The 2025 Herb of the Year is German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)! It is in the daisy family (Asteraceae). AKA German chamomile it is one of two species used for making chamomile tea. Learn more about Chamomile at hort.extension.wisc.edu/articles/cha...
