Had our first class for Exploring the Yoga Sutras tonight! So much information about the history of Yoga and it's roots! I am loving that I can share more than just an asana practice with my community. My journal is going to be FILLED by the end of 8 weeks. ❤️🙏

Looong day yesterday. Taught two classes at Mala Yoga and one at Kingfisher Yoga. Worth it, but my body hurts today.

We've had to postpone the start of the Exploring the Yoga Sutras due to our teacher losing her voice 😪. On the bright side, I'll be teaching a FREE Kundalini yoga class at Kingfisher Yoga this Sunday evening!
