I read the blog post, but I still didn't quite see why writing it was necessary. 😅 Maybe I missed it? I mean, I assume everyone at Techaro already did not condone slavery, but I'm super curious about what interaction required the statement in writing.

I see, and I share your cynicism! Corporate "allyship" in advertising is often grossly performative. A sticker on the door of the local shop in a (presumably) small town is quite different though, so I don't think it is naive to be happy seeing this small gesture. 🙂
