we found the guy and ended up fighting him. he stole a pair from my partner, but in the process, he somehow got smashed by a huge slab of rock and sent the earrings flying. i found one while she found the other. weird little event but it was fun

the driver i had unfortunately had one. i tried to escape. i was barely successful, but i believe i made it out unscathed. i dont know how they'll keep this up. maybe they'll discover that they can create human farms for food. i wonder if they'll breed themselves. i wonder what the children are like

luckily i got a ride and somehow escaped, but it turns out that they've figured out how to use the surface to their advantage too. they've created slaves out of those still alive to fetch clean people searching for asylum. some of them ride with drivers.

my mother, on the other hand, has turned into a completely different being. her skin is red and scaly, her forearms have swollen, her fingers' skin has melted to create claws with the same happening to her feet and lower legs, she lost all of her hair, and most notably, her face is a mouth.
