He/him. Younger than I look. "AI"-luddite and proud of it.
Of course I start to look around after writing that and learn the dev is into AI and is increasingly rightwing of late. Ah well, question still stands, but maybe not give this guy any money.

Thanks for doing this again! Always interesting to see the full breakdown in the end. Wonder how many put 'Promise Mascot Agency' anywhere on their list for instance.

Oh no... I'll have to finally watch this then.
Anyway, if you want to read more books you should read 'Master and Apprentice'. It has it all. Laid back Qui-Gon, young Obi-Wan, Jedi meddling in royal affairs, Czerka Corporation. It think it's good, and I bet you'll find a lot to discuss!

On the mayor: He really does have all those personalities. When Bill and Sophie is in the hospital they see a group of human personalities in a crowd, Bill remarks it's odd and that there is at least 40 of them. Not sure what to do about that though.

Went through my collection again and found an envelope with the set. 5 of 6 that is, missing this one! I'll contact them and see if I can get that slipped into future sets if I'm lucky. Really love the ones I have of course, but I love those kinds of fictional calendars and the like.

Wow, that is awesome! Never got this one, was it sent out as a postcard?

Congratulations! Any chance it will show up as an e-book on Kobo? If not it looks like I'll be able to order it to the bookstore I work at. Which isn't always the case here in Norway, so congrats again!

Hell, I was so into Tolkien I have a book on how to learn elvish. Sindarin and Quenya. I constructed the username I have most places from elvish, though I have gone way from using it as much. Don't remember much now, but I could even write Tengwar once.

On one hand, I have had a lot of fun reading stuff I have never read so having an entire year of books I have read is kind of a let down. On the other hand I love Tolkien and LotR. I also understand now why the ten-book series 'Malazan Books of the Fallen' is never going to happen...

They are so good at that kind of storytelling. Same with the Sealed Vessel in the first one.

I fought a boss yesterday where the reveal of a third stage made me go from "fuck, no!" to "oh no, this is so sad, what have I done" in the space of a few seconds. It's just brilliant. So glad I enjoy it as much as I did HK.

It seems so cool. I have been hoping for a re-print for the last 9 years or so after I learned about it, I usually try and find a (reasonably priced) copy once a year at least. If you manage to get a hold of this somehow, I am going to be very impressed. And jealous. Very jealous.

Glad you found it! I love stuff like this. My white whale is still 'The Stellar Almanac - A history and tour guide of the Infernal Kingdom of Hades', which as far as I understand it is an-out of print impossible to find tour guide to hell. I really want it: www.avclub.com/go-to-hell-i...

It's one of those games that just hits. The minimal and mysterious story, the gameplay, the graphics and overall style. The metroidvania of it all. And the music is just beautiful, in a league of its own.
