Yes, the most recent stats I am seeing suggest that % of eligible voters who voted in 2024 will be around 64% versus 66% in 2020. But swing states, like WI, are reporting a higher turnout %.

We need to stop spreading this misinformation. That number is erroneous. Current projections have Harris finishing with 75 million votes and Trump at 77 million. Overall voter turnout will only be about 3 million less than in 2020. 3 million more votes could have still changed history though.
