It so frustrating that it seems like governments everywhere are behind the curve. It feels like they are always releasing the updated vaccine while a surge is already actively happening! You are so right that the whole timeline should be bumped up! Like covid is not the flu, surges are year-round 😜

Context: I am doing some research for a YouTube video I want to do about cortisol. I’ve been seeing so much lately on social media about “lowering cortisol” in the context of everything from nighttime routines to weight loss. It feels like something I want to actually understand the science on.
