When we had usuary laws, that’s what credit card interest rates were. Not sure why older people (over 50) don’t remember? Now it’s all “cash back” and “here’s an offer to buy with your points” bs shams to raise rates. It used to be just a simple card with rates based on credit scores.

What I like about the letter is they call out not just the Epstein coverup, but also the horrible things this administration has been also doing outside of not releasing the files. It’s the first time I’ve seen a past president condemn an administration so forcefully.

AI has already decimated jobs outside of tech for the past 2 years- just ask those of us laid off in creative fields (film, tv, gaming, ad agencies, marketing). GenAI has already decimated jobs. AI has been decimating entry level tech for the last 2 years already. Now they’re after mid-level roles

AI has already decimated jobs outside of tech for the past 2 years- just ask those of us laid off in creative fields (film, tv, gaming, ad agencies, marketing). GenAI has already decimated jobs. AI has been decimating entry level tech for the last 2 years already. Now they’re after mid-level roles
At this rate, no one will be able to afford Starbucks, let alone the up-charge for a drone to deliver it except the billionaires.

It’s a “tell”- they feel insecure and judged. They have been led to believe (by the men in their life) from a young age if they look beautiful enough on the outside they will be respected and loved. They fidget with their hair in nervousness when cognitively they know it’s not working.
