I mean, in the Elder Scrolls universe, Orcs are technically Orisimer, which is the technical term for Elves like Bosmer (Wood Elves), Altmer (High Elves), or Dunmer (Dark Elves). They aren't *corrupted* elves, they're simply a subset. Falmer would be an example of corrupted Elves in that universe.
