i haven't actually seen plague anywhere else but you can go insane by reading suspicious books which is fun. gives my silver needle friends something to do lol

there is like a ton of actual dialogue and story like the chatbots exist but have. basically zero impact on anything? i haven't interacted with them at all, there's a full main story and around a hundred side stories that are well written with actual purpose, idk why people think it's only chatbots

"largely ai generated" no it isn't? there's a handful of ai chatbots (that as you say, you are informed about) and that's it. they're also extremely easy to ignore (because you're informed about it) and have like. zero gameplay impact. literally none

honestly the only time i actually remember the chatbots exist is when i look at bsky, they're extremely minor in the actual game. most of the npcs and all of the actual story content are like, normal and actually written.
