Yes it did. Although I’ve used it with only a ‘dry’ ink - a Lamy blue/black. The paper is good, quality is superb and the value incredible, with it being of good materials and so well made. I hope it’s still available when I eventually fill mine. Love it, and I hope you do too. Roj@magcek

Quite a common problem with tight fitting caps. Especially if you can’t recall whether it’s an unscrew or pull!
