Meanwhile in Iowa, it's 32°F today and we're like "oh, it warmed up today!" (It was like 9°F over the weekend 🤣)
I still need to make Lucia buns... Maybe tomorrow. If we have fish in the freezer, then maybe some kalakeitto (Finnish Finnish stew essentially) is on the docket.

0530 sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Granted I do get up once a week at 0345 to go open the store at 0430 to start making coffee for people at 0500, so perhaps take me with a grain of salt 🤣
