Somebody asked me if I was a history major. I said no. After some reflection, my answer should have been yes. We all need to be history majors and we need to point out the lessons of history. We’re in the midst of a repetition of the worst of past history. BE VOCAL!

I’ve been reading “Sisters in Science” by Olivia Campbell
It’s has an extensive history of what happened in Germany in the 1930s. Sexism — the removal of women from public life, anti-semitism, racism, ‘cleansing’ of the civil service, demeaning the ‘other’ does any of this sound familiar?
