Too little too late, not an apology, doesn’t mention other NATO countries whose troops also fought, is not pronounced in person like the original comments and has a snarky dismissive 'jokey' bit at the end. Arguably makes things worse.

100% this. I’m disgusted at the way the US is treating Denmark after their sacrifices to help the US. Only one country has ever invoked NATO article 5 - the US. Other countries came to their aid. It seems that they have very short memories.

Same here. It’s extremely offensive. I don’t know why it’s not being talked about more. Lots of countries assisted the US. The Danes lost more personnel per capita than any other country while supporting the US after article 5 was invoked and this is how they’re being treated.

Quite. I can’t begin to imagine how the families of the deceased Danish soldiers are feeling right now, the way Denmark is being treated by the US (which is of course the only country ever to have invoked NATO article 5).
