Stride for Gaza day 1 raising money for Medical Aid for Palestinians I completed 15.3km's run and walk around the villages of Haworth and Oakworth. So completed 7K this morning for the Stride for Gaza Challenge started off with a run to and around the local park then up Main Street down Lord Lane down to Spring head Mills and back home hope to go out again on a walk this afternoon a little video of my run/ walk this morning ❤️

It is a peaceful, silent, vigil but sometimes we are subjected to abuse and aggressive behaviour. I will trust in God to take care of us today🙏

This is a classic example of how dehumanisation of Palestinians and applied double standards is normalised by the main stream media. This is very disappointing from Krishnan Guru -Murthy who has done some good journalism for Channel 4 during the ongoing genocide.

I'm OK thank you , it was quite funny I was told I looked like I was going to a wedding (I was wearing a long Tatreez embroidered Palestinian dress) a Police officer said he liked my necklace, these are the crazy conversations Police have with "dangerous terrorists" the world has truly gone mad.

Today I & three friends were arrested under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act in Trafalgar Square for holding a sign I Oppose Genocide. I'm
now banned from attending any Palestine Action demos. Whilst the real terrorists are free to continue a Genocide with impunity and govern in our Parliament

Irresponsible & dangerous reporting by the BBC this morning the whole narrative on their breakfast show was to conflate the two issues, not challenging when outrageous comments were being made. BBC never inform viewers that every week Jews, Muslims, Christians stand side by side against genocide 😢

Everyone will feel sadness & have empathy with those affected by the appalling attack on worshipers & violation of a synagogue. I ask the media, community leaders & men of God not to conflate this violent event with peaceful protests & vigils against a genocide this puts other communities at risk🥲
