And in other news, our newly adopted rescue is now able to run free. He is still in training, recall is good enough for off lead at the end of a walk if quiet, but so good to see him enjoying life.

Quick group hike and renewal of our promises this morning. Ending with watching a fellow leader and friend being awarded his wood beads.

Wood beads signify completion of adult leader training, and take some effort to earn. Well deserved congratulations for him 😀

A little walk today, been building up my hike distances and today we hit marathon levels of distance at 25 miles.

I need an early night, at a tad over 50 this was not easy with a pack on, but really pleased with consistency on pace :)

The hands did not fit as I had a different clock mech. One I modded in good ol' tinkercad, the other is from the original clock kit cut down and painted white :).

Back from the campfire, 5 new scouts and one leader invested, hot dogs eaten, and chance to show off Susan's great sewing.

Finally getting my badge collection on my Scottish blanket with an excuse to wear it.

An amazing evening at bridge command. Our humble shuttle single handed took out 2 of the 3 big capital ships and survived to tell the tale...

Becoming the first nuclear armed shuttle in the games history...

All 4 crew received commendations. With one promotion to full lieutenant.

Taken a while, but my Zat is now up on the wall with some other related memorabelia :) Did some more heavy weathering, happy with the final finish now but may still do some clear coat.

Adding paint to my print from last week. A zatnikatel from Stargate, a prop I have wanted for ages. Not perfect, but I do like the finish.
