What is the coolest part of this tree? The root that runs above the ground then dives into the soil? Or the notch part way up? Something happened there, the tree survived and it kept growing.

Yikes!!! Is this the levee break that flooded 167 this morning. I saw videos of the levee tonight, but it didn't look bad enough to flood the valley.
